I forgot to weigh myself, what with the holiday, so I told myself that I NEEDED to weigh myself this week. It looks like the holidays haven't damaged my weight track too much. I still lost some weight, so YAY!

I think I'm getting better at marking down the correct amounts of either time or food that I go through. However, it's hard sometimes because I either can't tell the speed I'm going for some exercise that I consider my daily activity, or even the food I eat if there is no way to find it in the system.
But I'm doing my best, and that's all I can hope for.

I still lost weight, but not as much as I was hoping for. So, I'm going to try working on being more accurate on both what I eat and what exercise I'm doing.

The discovery of the FatSecret app for my phone has made it so much easier to record everything down. Especially since I can scan a barcode if needed.
The measurements of what I eat may not be the most accurate, but the are pretty damn close.

After a long time of not following any regimen, I'm getting back on the horse. I am finally out of school, and jumping into the "real world". Time for me to get in shape and finally feel good about myself.
