My husband and I "implemented" a cheat day a few weeks back. Maybe this is keeping our metabolism in check? What a nice feeling, my 10's are getting to big!

YOU GO GIRL! HAVEN'T LOST THIS MUCH SINCE I FIRST STARTED. NEVER WAIT TILL YOUR STOMACH IS GROWLING, YOUR BRAIN WILL TELL YOUR BODY TO START DEPOSITING FAT AS A HUNGER PRECAUTION - ,,, I WAS TOLD THIS BY A FITNESS EXPERT WHO SAID ALWAYS EAT ON SCHEDULE AND PORTION CONTROL IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT. LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PORTION CONTROL. IF YOU NOTICE THE FF TRIES TO TEACH YOU THIS WITHOUT COMING OUT AND TELLING YOU! I'M HAPPY, VERY CLOSE TO THOSE SIZE 8'S:)

Sometimes, we really only watch the #'s and when you only loose a lb a week it can be discouraging. I am kinda still on phase II - over 7 wks later, BUT here is the encouraging news - FOR everyone - I have lost 6 inches in my waist, 1 around my rear and 2 1/2 on my legs. My husband and I implimented a cheat day - usually Saturday or Sunday and it is very beneficial to limit those cravings!
