Chicken over a healthy kale mix! Toasted almonds then cooked two slices of bacon. Sautéed mushrooms in sage pan, added a tablespoon of butter. Used truffle zest and added kale with 1/4th cup of water. Added almonds and bacon back in. Delicious!

780 Calories 16 Carbs, Zucchini Lasagna! Chuck and brisket mixed burger ground, ricotta and cream cheese mixed. Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Monk Fruit Sweetener in tomato sauce. Paste + Diced tomatoes stirred. 2 tablespoons paste with 1 can hunts diced tomatoes.

I’m down a bit more and my wife has help a ton by getting groceries that are healthy. I’m able to turn them into delicious meals. It’s a team commitment and we’re doing Rally Coach, it’s been eye opening!! Week 6 and 15lbs down from my starting weight.

784 calories with good protein, carbs, and variety! Sautéed yellow onion, fresh cooked bacon, and baby bellas cooked in olive oil, add chili powder to taste! Melted Swiss and the squash with Roma tomatoes are tossed in olive oil with chili powder.

587 Calories with good carbs! It was tasty and I’m a fan of pecans, almonds, and walnuts in green beans now. Slowly moving away from the bad carbs.
