Yay! I'm down another pound. I'm feeling pretty good. Gonna get My walk in at lunch today. We're having crazy weather here. The high is 62 today, but sleet and possibly snow flurries tomorrow and Wednesday. I work at a 911 center, so we might get crazy here in the south with sleet and flurries. It's amazing how much people panic. I'm hoping this won't lead to stress eating for the next two days. I have a tendency to turn to high calorie comfort food when stressed. I'll be working extra hard not to give in. Have a great week everyone!

Today has been a good day. It's been cold, but I walked for 3 miles at lunch time. I have not gone over my RDI for the last several days, and I feel less tired today then I have been. Ready for the weekend though. Glad tomorrow ends the work week for me.

Hope everyone is staying warm! I'm trying my best. It's barely lunch and I'm already wondering what I am going to eat for dinner. I have not planned my meals out this week like I have in the past and I am hoping it does not sabotage me! I tend to snack while preparing dinner if I haven't already got it planned or prepared. I'm going to take a lunch break walk again today. I find it so relaxing and refreshing. It's almost depressing if I can't go. I'm a little sore from all of the hiking and stair climbing over the weekend, so I didn't do my 20 minutes on the treadmill last night. I've actually been reading the meal plan and workout chart for Insanity and am thinking about giving it a try next week. My husband bought is several months ago and hasn't used it yet. Hopefully if I start, he'll start as well. It would be great to have a team effort at the house. Happy Hump Day everyone!

Had a great weekend! Went Hiking with my family and also got to climb the stairs down then back up at Amicalola State Falls. It was beautiful. We got a pretty strenuous 4 mile hike in then tent camped with a good pot of Paleo chili and warmth by the fire. Had a good day yesterday as well. I walked at the park and ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Overall, I can see results of exercising and eating healthy. I just have to keep it up!
