Bit of a treat when I got on the scales this morning. Makes up for all those days when it doesn't shift I suppose!

Don't know what happened with the scales yesterday because today I got on them and it was 219.6! I had got below that 220 I have been working towards and was so disappointed not to have reached yesterday. I don't think avoiding the scales for a week works for me. I was so upset yesterday that I went a blew my diet on a pastry - okay, only a little one (200 calories) but I have been meticulously good for the last 4 weeks.
