Weighed myself in the morning, came out to around 210 lbs. (down from around 214/215 lbs about a week ago.) To think just a mere 10 pounds to go before I can finally get down into the 100's! As soon as I see the scale hit 199, I'm going to have near unlimited motivation to keep going! I haven't been below 200 in over 5+ years! Every day that goes by gets me more and more excited.
I had a "chill day" today (ofc because it was Saturday!!) and ate around 1,900 - 2000 Calories though The only "unhealthy" move I think I made was eating JUST OVER 200g of carbs I only consider this unhealthy because I been trying to stay low-carb since I started this thing 2 weeks ago. Well... At least I didn't pig out on Junk food! :D
Weighed myself again 3+ hours after my meal to see if I'd regain all the "water weight" after all those carbs and a lot of water I suddenly had today and the scale barely went up to 212... Just 2 pounds! I guess it's safe to say the 8+ pounds I've lost hasn't just been water weight! Woo! Hopefully less than a pound of that is muscle, I've been trying to work out so I don't lose any! Yikes.
Now to focus back on my diet tomorrow... (Focused Stare)

Scale won't budge lol, I guess the initial 2 - 6 pounds I dropped in a week last week was just the "Beginners Luck" or more likely, WATER WEIGHT, I wonder how much of it was actual FAT though... I started at 229 or 230 lbs and now I keep hovering around 224 to 226 for the last couple of days. Hopefully it'll just be like this all week and then sometime next week the scale will finally go down and start to hover around 222 to 224 lbs. Weight-loss can be soooo tricky!... MUST. HAVE. PATIENCE. :)
