So this last week was horrible after a good week of losing weight. On Wednesday after jogging an hour straight I couldn't even walk, when I took of my socks I found 2 half dollar size blisters on my right foot. To make things worst I have an ingrown toenail that's putting me through an excruciating pain. So anything having to do with cardio was thrown out this week. Gym time was cut in half because I had nobody to watch my little girl this week. So I stuck to push ups and situps. They didn't help much, the pain on my foot was so bad. The times I did go to the gym I stuck strickly to weightlifting, but drinking water and weightlifting with a poor diet this week wasn't good. On top of that I spent Wednesday night drinking with some friends. I thought it be a good idea to weigh myself even tho I knew it was gonna be bad, and sure enough 258 with clothes on.. lame :/
