I seem to do great through most of the day and then about 4 pm I lose it. I end up having a snack and then eating dinner by 5 pm...which makes for a long night. Maybe I need to start going to sleep at 7 pm LOL.

Got the Wii and fit plus yesterday and will hook it up tonight / tomorrow. Excited to have something other than the elliptical to do since that is getting pretty boring...although I do get to watch tv while I do that :-)

OMG...totally blew it tonight! Had a board meeting for my nonprofit parents group and, of course, there were snacks and I didn't resist. Chocolate chip cookies and hummus....aaarrrggghhh. I can only hope that I didn't gain weight and I know for sure there will be no weight lost. Tomorrow is another day...and boy will I be hungry :-)
