早餐:吉士里肌豬肉握沙拉+熱豆漿
可能是昨天騎單車從階梯摔下來,除了腳擦傷之外,早上醒來明顯覺得雙手肩膀痠痛。
不過還是我還是很認真完成30分鐘的腹部核心訓練。
