My protein is lower than my goal, my carbs and fat are higher. Even with my 14 g of fiber subtracted I’m still at 102 carbs for the day. My advisor had some really good advice to eat my protein 1st. So after coffee, lol I have a protein shake. It’s just not enough. While I eat meat, I get tired of it and would ideally eat less. I use 0 fat Icelandic yogurt which is high in protein, but the carbs come along with it, but not to many I thought. I read people talking about their way of eating WOE, and I guess that kind where I’m at now. I love the diversity of food which had led me to gain so much weight. I was almost 260 when I had the sleeve. Lost down to like 180’s and back up to around 212 when I decided I didn’t want to keep gaining. While I do allow diversity in my diet. I having these cravings as tell myself I can have that if I weight long enough between meals and control my portions. However, I’ve realized in order to eat to live and not live to eat I I need to determine system of the WOE. Maybe 2 protein shakes in morning with less coffee or one mixed with coff then I wouldn’t have to add all the extra stuff to my coffee. Just needed to get that out there. When I get my protein then I’ll see what I have left and work on my green stuff.

Yesterday I stayed in my calories went to the gym and swam for 45 min at a snails pace. But, my weight was up, not that much, but not down just the same. I’m excited to get under 200 and haven’t been there for a while. Seems like when get close my body’s like you don’t want to go there. But I’m persistent and know this too will pass.

I turned yellow, how does that happen? So I’m trying to feel better about this meal since eating out was a flop. Isn’t it always better when you have to to fix it yourself? 1 oz leftover grilled sirloin, 1/2 can albacore tuna, sugar snap peas, pealed cucumber, & sweet onion with cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, & dab of raspberry balsamic vinegar. Only because it’s so good.
It’s a good for me.
I e felt like crap for about a week and not doing much of anything but work last week. Today I decided to go to urgent care and I have a sinus infection. Started as sore throat, tender sinus, ear and eye all on the left side. After just one dose of augmentin I feel like a cloud has lifted. So looking forward to a better coming week.

So I went to my favorite Indian restaurant Turmeric to indulge in my favorite dish and they were closed on Sunday. I should have waited and went back another day but drove out of my way to try another Indian restaurant. I was sadly disappointed. On a good note I didn’t eat too much and it was easy to put down. Now I’m just wanting my favorite dish and will have to wait for it on another day.
