Hola!! pues yo decidí usar la app para registrar mis comidas y así tener una alimentación más sana y equilibrada, pues al no tener un control sobre ella comía mucha comida chatarra casi por antojo y no por una buena distribución de alimentos, esto me ha ayudado a sentirme mejor y a bajar kilos que verdaderamente no necesitaba en mi cuerpo, me estoy sintiendo verdaderamente agradecida por esta app
