gonna wait a few days to weigh in as been retaining fluid from the kidney stone and other health issues..also due to the fact that my nerves are shot , i drank 2 glasses of arbor mist chardonnay last night (which is a no no) both with atkins and with kidneey problems, but i needed something to calm me down..yesterday was a bitch of a day and seemed like every where i turned ..i hit a brick wall. >.>
plus still dealing with the fact theat my guy is healing from hyrnia surgery..and altho he is getting well slowly but surely..he can not return to work till mid april....at this point im sorta glad as i like and need him home with me so i dont fall apart...ive been being tested it seems..and losing patiences..maybe patients* woulda been a better word..*insert pun here* lol ^_^
anyways thanks to you all my friends for your concern and well wishes..having you all here with me has been a true blessing and for that i am ultimately greatful

just wanted to say thanks to you all for your kind words and well wishes ^_^...i am still on hold with the docs where the kidney stone is concerned as the speialist was out today, go figure o.0..so am surviving on meds and water..which is a blessing in disguise as i dont care for water much, but have defenitely been getting my share and then some ^_^ pain is horrible, meds just take off the edge..
but again ur kind words and well wishes have given me much hope and i indeed thank you from the bottom of my heart

not weighing in today havnt really eaten anything till just now for dinner but have drank much water and fluid in the first half of the day..called the doc, he is not in today so looks like i have to suffer for atleast one more day with this darn kidney stone >.< but it is what it is..staying sedated for the most part...will keep ya posted...

EVEN THOUGH MY DIET IS ALL MESSED UP ..TRYING TO STILL EAT HEALTHY AND IN THE ATKINS WAY...IVE HAD TO ADD SOME CRACKERS TO STOP THE NAUSEA AND ALSO HAVE INCORPORATED SOME BERRIES..RASPBERRIES AND BLUE BERRIES..SOME DAYS UNDER MY NET CARBS AND SOME DAYS OVER..FEEL OUT OF SORTS..STILL VERY ILL WITH THIS KIDNEY STONE..HOPING TO GET ANSWERS FROM THE SPEFCIALIST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WILL SPEAK WITH HIM ON MONDAY AND HOPEFULLY GET UNDERWAY WITH HOW WE PLAN ON TREATING IT THE PAIN IS EXCRUTIATING AND NAUSEA IS OVERWHELMING...UGH..
