Despite not eating well last week & on the weekend, and not exercising nearly as much as I'm used to, I still dropped a bit in weight, so that's great!

Well, I ate horribly yesterday. I took a "me day" off work and went to the gym for a couple hours in the morning, so I suppose that helps counteract some of the junk I ate. I've been pretty good though, so I'm not too worried, and I didn't feel guilty about it either. It was good, I was treating myself, it happens.

So I've gone up in weight just a bit, but I have actually lost about an inch off my stomach/waist, so I figure it's ok if my weight hasn't gone down at all. I go to the gym quite a bit and do both cardio and free-weights, so I figure as long as I'm losing either weight or 'inches' then I'm doing well.
I kind of wish this website allowed us to track our measurements as well as our weight.

So my weight still hasn't changed since that first 5 pound loss. So that's a bit dis-heartening, but I do go to the gym a lot so I'm hoping I've at least gained some muscle mass which would explain why the scales haven't moved. I'm more concerned about "inch loss" than I am about weight loss anyway. That being said, I haven't noticed much of a change in my measurements either... but I'll keep pushing forward as best I can!
