Jalan 2 blb hidup sehat alhamdulillah udh di angka ini, walaupun turun gak byk tapi udh seneng banget. Diet tp mkn mulu wkwk ,seminggu awal mkn masih dibwh bmr, setelah belajar dan belajar akhirnya mkn di atas bmr 1500 kal. semngat kepala 5 yok bisa yok!!!

Karna hari ini mau main, yg kemungkinan besar bakalan cheating jadi sarapannya bolu oatmeal pisang + eskrim mangga + susu uht aja. 285 kal :)

bosen sarapan pancake oatmeal jadinya pagi'' produktif buat bolu kukus oatmeal. jadinya banyak juga 16 pcs cuma 893 kal! jadi /pcs cuma 56 kal deh dan bisa buat cemilan jugaa. sukakk bgt krn manisnya pas gitu soalnya pake pisang aja tnp gula yuhuu
