Ok...So i have been on Weight Watchers for almost 2 weeks now and i am not happy. I feel nothing but tired and bloated and thats what carbs do to me. I am so lost i dont know what to do now. I know i have always found support here and i havent been active in conversations lately but i am back. I am going back on Atkins and i am going to fight my cravings. The only problem i will have trouble fighting is the depression i go in sometimes because i am so tired of my weight and being obsessed with it but thats where these journal things come in. I need all the support i can get!

Ok..this will be long but i am going to vent because i am stressed out!
I have been on diet after diet. Weight has become the top priority in my mind and rueling my days. I am getting a little tired of this.
I went on Atkins in 2007 to lose weight FAST. I was 298 pounds January of 2007 and by December of 07 i was 210 pounds.
Now I dont know if its because my body is still adjusting to not having a baby in it anymore since its only been almos 3 months or its just me period. But,Atkins is not working for me anymore. I can't stay focused on it or motivated and all i think about is cheating. I have tried recipes to switch it up but its still not helping.
So, after a long and tiring battle in my head and weighing the pros and cons of all the diets i have ever been on i have come to a conclusion.
I am going on Weight Watchers with an Atkins twist. I going to continue to eat my lean protein and green veggies (not starchy ones) but i am also going to have carbs. If i want a sandwhich i will eat it, if i want milk i will drink it and if i want something sweet i will eat it and not think twice because its allowed on weight watchers. I will buy low carb candy and bread but i will also eat some fruits and have some dairy.

Update on my Boot Camp Challenge!
I have been doing really well. I am not going to weigh again until Sunday morning! I have been keeping a record of my food myself because i just dont like tracking it in the diary. But, i will share here!
Febuary 5th
Breakfast: Atkins Shake, coffe with splenda and half and half
Lunch: Taco Salad (no shell) with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and meat
Dinner: steak and brusell sprouts
Febuary 6th
Breakfast: 2 eggs and sausage
Lunch: double bacon cheeseburger with pickels, mayo, lettuce tomatoe,mustard..minus the bun and onion
Dinner: Chef salad with ranch and hot wings
I am keeping up with some cardio and my push ups and crunches
