My daughter is taking her daughter and I am taking my grandson to the lake park.So they can play and I can get a walk in. Beautiful day.Not wasting it indoors. Its a win win.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! I plan on walking at the lake today. Had a great walk yesterday. There were tons of fisher people, boaters, bikers, joggers, etc. It was so beautiful. I had a cookout and campfire for smores.

I did it SIZE 9! They are a bit uncomfortable but they could snap! I remember in November vowing to be in a size 12 by summer...check. And I haven't been in a size 9 in 2 decades!!!

My lake walk was freezing today but I was determined. I hate going days without exercise. Been a little stressed lately but this too shall pass. Food going well I just wish real nice weather would get here and stay!

The scale is finally unstuck! I have stepped up the exercise so that's got to be the magic trick. Walking everyday at the lake with my 21 year old daughter at her rabbit pace. I have to go to the gym today because of the downpour. I don't mind the rain. The temp is warmer and its not snowing!
