last week i suck. only 3 days of exercise. Saturday i ate burger king. anyways after work, cooking dinner for family, i did a 40 min leg workout. im going to try and do the early bird thing exercise 630 am lol...just getting up for my coffee is hard enough plus getting myself and kids ready lol sure lets throw in exercise.
