WOW! This is my first entry in a good while. I have been strictly WW for almost 2 weeks now. I am trying to get out of the habbit of not weighing everryday and just weighing on Mondays. Well thats a hard habbit to break. I noticed this morning that i gained 3 pounds. The only thing i know is from the article i read that a buddy on here sent me to. I know i ate dinner to late, to much salt and didnt get any exercise yesterday. I am not recording this weight because i am hoping to change that by weigh in on Monday. I am a member of WW online and have been using their food and points tracker. I think i am going to start using this one too because i am curious to know how many carbs i have been eating. I use to work well with Atkins so maybe i will lower my carbs some. All my buddies are mainly Atkins dieters but i am looking for some fellow WW buddies, although i know dieting is dieting and we are all suffering with the same issues or we wouldnt be here so it doesnt matter what diet you are own i am ju st looking for friends for motivation. I like to compare weight loss and meal plans so if there are any WW people that want to be buddies just let me know i need all the help i can get!
