I had a mini goal in place to lose 40 pounds by my birthday (today). Last night I went in and was down 39.4! LAWL staffer told me to come back in this morning. Down 41.2! Might be a false reading but I'll take it. To celebrate, I brought in a dozen Apple Fritters for my co-workers. These things are the biggest, greasiest, gut bombs you've ever seen. They used to be my favorite treat. I had a silver dollar sized chunk and watched everyone else pig out. What a great birthday present.

Ever done this? Weigh in, get a result (up or down..) then go home and run for the bathroom because you have to go so bad?
I did today. I figure I lost an additional pound but was 20 minutes early on the weigh in.
