Loving the HIIT workouts...6 cycles of 45 second sprints with 2.5 minute recovery periods. Twice a day..morning fasted and evening prior to resuming fasting. Hoping for results given the commitment

Ive logged everything bar my bowel motions on My Fitness Pal for a 70 day streak. If it had asked me to log them i probably would have! I like to please! At the end of every day i would dutifully complete my diary and i would get a message telling me that, based on my food intake and exercise through put that in 5 weeks time I would weigh 58kgs. Hmm..i started at 63.5 and Im 63.4 today. Im pondering whether my chronic low body temp ( btwn 33.8 and 34.6 degrees) is messing me up. Apart from that im feeling massive...life is good, scales are just scales :)
