So, week 1 is in the books. It shows less than a pound lost but I think I may have been a little more than 163 the week before...and it had shown as 163.8. Needless to say, I may have actually lost close to 2 lbs. I have been getting in 5 days of exercise and I have to say I feel great. I feel so much lighter on my feet. I can really feel it in my knees. I will continue on this path...June 16th can't come too soon!!

I'm still going strong on the diet/exercise program. Drinking a gallon of water a day is not as hard as you would think. I actually have it all drunk by 2-3pm. Anything extra is a bonus. I will weigh on Sunday, so I'll post it on Monday. I can't wait to see what the scale is going to say. I did my measurements and "before" picture last night. I hope this picture never sees the light of day outside my home. It's for my eyes only. I'm hoping I'll be proud to show my "after" picture. I hope everyone else is doing well. I lost a pound overnight. Nice!!
Well, today is Day 1 of my husband's and my 3-month journey. We're both pretty excited about this. We're going to take our before pics tonight and I'm doing my measurements tonight also. I can't wait to see the transformation for both of us. It rained all weekend so it's was pretty gross outside. I was really wanting to do something outside this weekend, but I guess I'll have to wait till next weekend. I did the Biggest Loser program and I really liked it. Bob really kicks your butt in gear. I'm still doing Jillian Michael's DVD, but I wanted to get a little variety in my workouts. I'll keep y'all posted about our results. We both have to drink a gallon of water everyday...this should be interesting!!

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I've been doing very well with my diet and exercise. My hubby and I are about to embark on a 3-month journey. We got a meal plan from this guy who owns his own gym and he's trained some celebrities to get them in shape. He's a friend of a friend. He loves my hubby and when he found out my hubby is an mma fighter, he loved him even more. He's more or less sponsoring Jason. The cool thing is, I get the reap the benefits as well. He said if we follow his meal/exercise plan, we'll both be shredded in 3 months. He said that's just step 1. Once the 3 months is over, he'll teach us how to maintain our weight loss and continue with it for the rest of our lives...you know, it's a lifestyle change. That's always been my problem, I could lose the weight, but I couldn't maintain the loss. Hopefully he will help. This guy has a website, you can check him out at www.shaunkelley.com
Anyway, I've lost about 6 lbs. in a little over a week on my own. We start this program on Monday...wish me luck!!
