BACK ON TRACK. 🏃🏻♀️
Aku ngikutin intermittent fasting. Sarapan di jam 12 dan terakhir jam 6 sore. Liburan kemrin pola makan berantakan bgt. Skrg lebih jaga makan & kurangi porsi. Semangat! Target 1 bulan turun 3kg. Semoga tercapai! 💪🏻

Bb naik lagiii. 😂
Sekarang udah stop gym. Udah gt dari kemarin makan sehari entah bisa berapa kali. Makanan berat semua pula. 😅 waktunya kembali ke jalan yang benar 💪🏻💪🏻

Target bulan agustus bb bisa 46kg.

Catatan untuk diri sendiri:
- jauhi gorengan
- makan berat 1x sehari di siang hr
- malam makan buah/ oatmeal/ protein
- mulai clean eating
- workout di rumah
- cukupi kalori harian & makan makanan bernutrisi
- cukupi air putih
- tidur cukup (8 jam)
- jangan ngemil 🔥
- fokus latihan tangan,perut & betis.
