Lunch was 500 calories. Was wanting some different flavors, I'm always eating the same ole same lol. So I added a sauce, and it really made a difference. Shredded Chicken with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, 1 cup of cooked cabbage, 1 cup of frozen mixed bell peppers and onions, 1 cup of stir fry veggies (broccoli, sugar snap peas, peppers, and carrots), 2 cups raw spinach, and some sweet potato. Missed breakfast and was starving. I love all Asian foods so the sauce really hit the spot, but oddly I enjoyed the veggies the most lol. Got in 4-5 servings of veggies in just one meal, I've always been a veggie person.

Needed a snack today. 170 calories. 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 oz walnuts, and 1/2 tbsp honey. Was very good and will hold me over until dinner. Hope everyone is having a good day and staying on track the best they can!

I do know how you feel Phil lol. I wish my scale would get here, apparently, I have another week to wait! I feel like I'm gaining weight, but I have been sticking to my diet 95% (had one day that I went over some). It could be all mental because I wanna see my weight now lol. This better be a good scale. It was only coming from a couple of states away.

Supper tonight was mashed potatoes topped with beef and gravy, sauteed spinach and green onions, with sweet peas. 360 calories. Was going for a no meat day, but DH had 3 teeth pulled and wanted this since it is soft and easy to chew.

Lunch was "pizza" toast made with french bread, salsa, spinach, onion, and cheese. Cucumber slices, sweet potato, and some pretzel crisps. I weighed all of it.
I wanted a meat-free lunch. 432 calories. May go meat-free for dinner, not sure yet. God Bless y'all!
