其實我正常的食量是這樣🤣
週末北港回老家就是要大吃特吃...
不過明天還是得繼續跑10KG
吃的同時...訓練一樣不能間斷
已經安排好想吃的菜單
排骨尾飯...麻醬麵...餛飩湯
油飯麵線糊...鴨肉飯...手工蛋餅
圓仔湯....桂圓糯米粥...吃的完嗎?

到年底都有些忙 餐點都沒來的及拍照
昨天開始恢復一天跑10公里的路程
早上5K看身體狀況減至最多要跑3K
下班後直接補足10K 在接著去上課
