Not been too well today - think I got up too late but also haven't been very well all week, and have had a punishing schedule. Ate breakfast late but then felt really sick up until about 3pm.
Oh well, I'm sure I'll be better tomorrow. Hope so anyway as I've got to work 9-1.
But then off Tues, Weds morning and all day Thurs. Yay.

Just got back from the gym...
15 min on treadmill, mix of grade 2.0 and 3.0 at 5kph
15 min on reclining bike
15 min on cross trainer
15 min on arm bike
5 mins on wave - had to put it on level 1 but did get through 5 mins without a break this time.
Strength:
Chest press 30x10kg
Shoulder press 10x5kg (still my weak point)
Leg press 30x30kg
Pectoral press 30x15kg
Vertical traction 20x15kg
Abdo crunch 10x15kg, 20x10kg (my stomach is much weaker than it used to be. I remember easily lifting 40kg back in the day.)
Low row 20x15kg
Covered 13.2km in total now, and burned 620 cals today.
