Just installed the fat secret app on my iPad. Wow soooo easy love it. I came back from my
NYC trip this monday. Thanks to all the walking i didnt gain a lot of weight. Its amazing how great exercise can be.. I quit smoking before i took the plane. I miss it desesperately but im using nicotine pads. Love them... Made it lot easier.
I started a low carb more like atkins diet. Of course as always hate myself for not buying any atkins food at walgreens. But well they can be addictive so best foods are always natural foods. I have a good feeling about this new action plan to get healthy. I have 1month until he gets back from his vacation to surprise him with a new me. I know its not going to be easy but i need to keeep my attitude positive. This weekend i shouldnt stay in. My body was used to walk a lot during my vacation so i was thinking of walking a Lot around the city. Staircases instead of elevator. Yeah... Great plan. Im ready!!!

Had 2 glasses of champagne over the weekend. But happy with my overal behaviour with food. I was able to drink water practically at every bar I've been and was able to do this in front of the boy im dating. He was so fine with it I was very pleased with his reaction.

hi there wow three days went by and feeling great
i got rid of all the sugar in my body soon cravings will dissapear
today was day one at work and for the most part i didnt suffer.
I thought i was going to give in at some point but i just didnt
good for me
i love myself i accept myself my recovery is the most important goal in my life
i dont want to think about him anymore he is not thinking about me
i will heal and being healthy and pretty will be more important than the inmediate confort of refined sugars.
In new york i will make healthy choices i can eat but still being smart about it
