For this one instead of noodles, I made Zucchini noodle ramen, with chicken, poached egg, and veggies. In total this huge bowl was 450 calories, which was less calories and had way less sodium, than instant noodles on their own.

Egg white and portobello mushroom omelette, with a hash brown and some cottage cheese. Yummy. Just picked up some micro greens, they look nice and have quite a spicy kick to them.
