Heading nicely back down but a long way to go. Trusty old jeans had to be thrown away as the inside seams finally reached their threshold 😂 Got plenty more in a range of smaller sizes so I’ll blow even more cobwebs from my wardrobe & willpower & give both a bit of overdue attention!😊

After falling a couple of weeks ago, I’m finally feeling able to get out & walk my beautiful dog so really hoping I get my mojo back! Can’t believe I got over the 200 lb point. Never been as heavy in my life ☹️.
