So i'm going to try a new tactic for weight loss. I havent really had any and i'm starting to really get pissed off. One good thing is i can't go back to my old habits so i guess i can at least maintain but thats not what i want. I want to be fit. NEW GOAL!
Stop EATING 2-3 hours before bed.
1. Stop eating at 930pm
2. Get to bed before 12 or at 12
3. 30 min of cardio everyday
4. Do my physical therapy for my knee and not overwork it.
5. work up to running a mile on a 3% incline in under 10 min.

Well clubbing was amazing! I danced for like 2 1/2 straight hours. Had a great time celebrating my friends birthday and had a blast. THen hitting the diner right after. ooOooO the noms were so good. Eventually crashed at 5. It was an awesome night.
Woke up, had breakfast, then went straight to BJJ. Such a great class and workout. Definitely going to keep that up.
Today is my cheat day and i'm going to just take it easy. Have a great sunday everyone :)

Yesterday my knee was acting up so i decided to do rest it, ice it, elevate it. You know the whole nine yards and such. Then it started to feel better so i did the p90x Core synergistics(sp?) Anyway it went well and i sweat a lot! I'm assuming this is because i dont have the air conditioning on and in my room its like 90 degrees. However! It was still a good workout. I cant do the chataranga run yet.... thats just bleh ridiculous. But i'll work up to it. Iced it after that and its feeling better today but i'm gonna rest it till i go CLUBBING tonight.
Beach theme um hell yes. Gonna be wearing my new board shorts and a bikini top. Lolz i love clubbing so much. After we club and dance our pants/board shorts/bikini tops off (ok maybe not the tops heh)we're gonna hit a diner for some scrumptious noms. CAN'T wait. Its for my gay boyfriend KEEF!
I made him banana bread cuz he loves bananas. But see i made it a super healthy banana bread so i can eat it without feeling awful :)
I also made some awesome curried Butternut Sqaush soup. My family kinda devoured half of it, so that made me happy that they at least enjoy my cooking.
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE. IMMA GET SLEAZY TONIGHT. Ok... not really not sure if the gf would approve but thats ok haha. Love you guys and hope things are going well.
Oh and exercise today chest and tris for 50 min and dancing for 3 hours. :) Noms are good. EXTREME low carb till i go clubbing though.

I have to say i'm not that awful at baking. I made cookie dough cupcakes for myself for my spike day :) nom nom nom. So tasty. Think about it its a cookie inside of a cupcake. AMAZING.
Dealing with the parents are annoying. I may post a pic of my arms so i can get some real feedback as to whether or not they are big or not. Win for being super self concious -____-.
Diet is going well otherwise and i have been pickign up my running and cardio.

i'm getting so frustrated with my family. I can't ugh.... they're just so annoying. First they say "wow you eat too much eat less" this was a couple days ago. I'm just like....well thanks mom and pop for the help. Its very entertaining when other family members, as in extended family, say "oh wow, you've lost so much weight you look really good!" i just smile and say thanks as one of my parents will go "oh no, she needs to lose more"
Instant sad panda face -_____-.
Then today they go "you're arms are too big" when of course they meant to say back. Your arms are too cut and looking to big they dont look like a girls anymore. You should stop doing all of this and just work out lower body.
So lets recap and reference my two biggest insecurities. 1. Looking too much like a guy. 2. My legs (which i hate)
