I wanna cry !!! I did not touch the birthday cake and I still gained a pound. I need to log my food for yesterday and see what the heck happend.

UUGGHH !!!! I have been stuck at 144 for almost a month now !!!! I dont' know how to shake this, It's going to be really hard to not eat birthday cake with my family today, because I feel like giving up :(

Tomorrow is my daughters birthday and her cake is sitting here, cake is my BIGGEST down fall :( I don't know if I will have the strength to not have any !!!!
