Still feeling sick. UGH! I got on the elliptical for 15 minutes this morning.Tthat is all of the time I had, but I will do more tomorrow. I have to make up for sick time, so I am working some long shifts for the next two weeks!

Gained a half a pound. I am going to go ahead and blame that on my period coming tomorrow...

I have gained a half a pound because my period is due, but this is a vast improvement! I usually gain several pounds this week in a month! Last week I weighed 138.5, but for some reason the .5 didn't record.

Usually the week of my period, I gain a lot, this week, only a half a pound! I was 138.5, but for some reason the .5 didn't record. At least I am still in the 130's! It took forever to get out of those horrid 140's!
