Happy 😄 happy 😄 Thursday…
Skipped exercise class…right knee feels puffy today…
Started playing an app on iPad zen word…addicting and challenging for the mind…
I gave away my secret to winning at dominoes to Linda and the 4 other women that sit at her table…Linda was telling me the ladies are competing…like duh..I knew that..it’s always..he won..how are we going to stop him..
I told the whole table ..it’s a game with friends..nothing more…I left my ego at the front door of the facility when I moved in….when I play..what ever the game..it’s just a game…not about who wins..it’s playing with friends..having an enjoyable time…
So..it’s Thursday..bingo..and domonies after supper..I’m taking my iPad to bingo…they vall the numbers slowwww…lol…and I can play zen word at same time…

My lady friends beat me at bingo…but I beat them last night at domonies again…..so..lond as I win at something….all that matters…lol…
Today is walmart day for some…for me..I have several pages of pictures to color…so plan is to get a workout ..then color….use my imagination a different way…
Cloudy skies…rain on the radar..again….

Played domonies last night after supper…6 of us at the table…Linda sets next to me..very into winning..lol…I try to tell her it’s just a game..I won 4 in a row…naturally…..I had to laugh each time…then the next game I lost..they all laughed…but the next game…u won again…we only play for an hour…we have several..that tire out..and I’m usually ready as well…
Linda told me..I’m gonna beat you at bingo on Tuesday like you beat me last night….i lol at her…today we will see…

Waking up to cloudy sky…been raining off an on since yesterday…once the sun cones out they are saying heat advisory for next 4 days…but it is almost August…
Exercise class after breakfast..looking forward to it…
Been talking with one of the guys on my table about an apple se watch…as in Dec..I’m changing from whoop…had it for several years..but ..it tells me more then I can keep up with…my fitbit will be layed to rest as well…just font need all the tech …
Not even sure I need apple…still looking…have till Dec….il decide before then…
Gloomy day outside with sun not showing…but still in a positive state..
