I am still following a LCHF life style, but not as strictly as I have been. I felt I needed an energy boost for my current projects. So I have introduced occasional rolls with a butter croissant becoming a daily delight. Roast dinners and ice-cream treats are also creeping back in too.

I attribute my recent weight loss to my increased physical activity. Lulu Lowcarb is keeping me busy with all sorts’ of garden spring cleaning projects, i.e. patio cleaning, plant and tree pruning etc.

However the most strenuous project keeping me occupied on dry days for probably the next month is replacing my house guttering, fascia’s and soffits. That involves scooting up and down my 20 foot ladder, like a demented monkey working on a few feet, (Only within arm’s reach) moving the ladder and repeating. So far I have managed to complete the back of the house.

With rain forecast today and for a complete change I am going to strip our hifi system down, to service and calibrate its inner workings. Now where did I put my oscilloscope and switch cleaner? Oh joy.

Even then everything stops for tea and a Rio cuddle.
