I admit it's always hard to step on the scale after a week of what I felt went really good and seeing that I gained a little over a pound. I'm trying not to dwell on it and remember that even when the scale doesn't agree, I'm still improving my physical fitness, taking care of my body by eating right and feeling better about myself because of deciding to be healthier all around.
That's what I keep telling myself but I'm really hoping for a fantastic WI this next week that will make up for this week's disappointment.

Another week starting off good... worked off 1900 calories yesterday and up to 900 already today. Nice to be able to not have to watch so closely what I put in my mouth when I'm working that hard. =) I love the gym!! Only 3 1/2 more days till I get to WI again. hehe

I'm so excited to have an good loss this week. In the past a pound would have just been a normal one but after 3 months of up and down, I'm so thankful. It's amazing how just tracking my food really makes a big different... I'm sure burning over 3,800 cals. helps too though. =)

Losing 1.1 kg a Week

Well another week is coming to an end and I find myself looking forward to my WI tomorrow. I know that sounds crazy but I've worked out really hard this week and make good choices in the kitchen so I'm just ready to see it. =) I'm always prepared for the worst because my body is stubborn but love it when I'm pleasantly surprised. =)
Hoping for a great weekend and lots of sprinkler time because it's suppose to be close to 100 this weekend. YUCK!

Regardless of the scale I'm just diving into my workouts at the gym and remembering my long term goals...

~Good food choices
~Stay active
Until I'm through nursing, that's going to have to keep me going. =)
