Tested my sugar 2 hours after breakfast this morning (for the first time in a long time) and it was a solid 115. That's a big deal for me because just a few weeks ago it was up around 140-160 that long after a meal. I have weigh in again this Saturday and am a bit nervous about it. According to my scale at home, I've dropped at least a pound or 2 this week. just gotta get a few more days of sensible eating in. I started some simple exercises today, we shall see how this goes... 🤗🤔🙄

We weigh in officially every other week, but weigh in between for our own benefit. I haven't done much on the workout end, but I finally feel like I'm getting a hold of my food intake which is my biggest problem. I'm gonna start with some yoga on work days this week and maybe I could get some suggestions about aerobic exercise from you. let me know what works for you starting out. I need the good kind of sore too, so any advice on weight training is appreciated too!
