The first few days were rough because I had to figure out how to satisfy my hunger with foods that weren't as high in calories as other foods. Luckily, I like eating a lot of fruits, as well as green beans. This makes my evenings and weekends a lot easier to manage, especially in a dorm room.

I've started my diet already, and have been keeping track in a "Food Exercise Journal", but I wanted to try working with this. So I guess I'm excited and wondering how this is going to turn out.
