I am getting ready to work extra shifts which keeps me on track. My problem eating usually takes place at home. I pray that I can continue to work out at least 3x a week and get back to the best weigh for my 5'2 frame

I am putting the picture of my waist up front and personal as enhanced incentive to loose it (smile). We will see!!!! I'll tell you one thing, if I can lose ten pounds by the new year, I will be a very, very happy camper!!
