jaga pola makan tapi apa kabar dengan sodium yg melonjak temen2 yg penting kalori defisit aja ato semua harus di perhatikan aku pemula mohon pencerahannya

aku olaraga seminggu 5-6 kali itupun cuma 7-10 menit jenis olaraganya plank,crunch pokoknya yg pakek beban badan sendiri kira2 ngaruh gak sih ke badan
