reprise car le moral va mal , je ne rentre plus dans le 44 grrrrrrrrrrrrr
insupportable et un gonflement abdominal de 5CM par Jour heu y a un blem là ! , course refaite avec entré (legume soupe et dessert et viande donc re cuisine et NON petit plat tout fait , et au passage comme j aime a banir , trop de sel trop de sauce et rien a manger et trop de riz , je vais aussi réduit le magnésium je pense que ce n'est pas compatible avec l hypertension et je vais reprendre une cure de bifidobacterie , je pense que c'est grace a ca que j'ai perdu 5 kg en aout et j était avec mes petits plat trop salé avec riz a tous va .
cote yaourt et compote j 'étais bien partie et arret des céréale car c'est plus
