Whipee, its offical. I have lost over 20 lbs from start!

Well ladies you all look like you are doing well! It seems when I keep an accountability to my weight history I do better. I cheated last week and it show up on my chart. Looking forward to seeing that downward spiral! Wish I would have recorded the first 14 lbs on chart it would look better to see it in the lines. Didn't find this site untill I was on SB for 2 weeks. I really need to buckle down and reduce my food portions. Eating right but I think too much of a good thing keeps the scales from dropping as quick as I would like. Is there a live chat room that any of you visit? Some times in the evenings it would be nice to have someone to chat with, live.
