Ugh I don't understand why I gained two pounds since Yesterday. I think I might start weighing myself every two days and whatnot instead of every day

When I was working out today I had a meltdown and felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I wake up and feel so good about myself but throughout the day that feeling goes way down. I know it takes time but I feel like maybe I didn't realize how long of a process it was going to be. I'm surrounded by friends who are so skinny or who are trying to lose weight and I feel like it's just a constant struggle and competition with them. I don't know what to do or say. I'm just tired. I'm struggling </3

Does anyone recommend tips on weight loss? I already work out around 3-4 times a week at home for around 10-30 minutes. I'm also on a major calorie deficit and not eating 3 meals a day. Also looking for excercises to lose belly fat and leg fat! Anything will help <3 I'm just getting a bit impatient in the results but I know that the work pays off in the long run
