100g cooked salmon, I used a small tablespoon of coconut oil, without salt 🧂 !! And 1/2 carrot 1/2 peeled cucumber 🥒!! Dinner was absolutely perfect 🐟

I ate too much this morning so I prepared some veggies 🍅 🍃 two boiled eggs 🥚 and a oatmeal flat bread 🍞 ( one egg + 30g of oatmeal and 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil 🥥 ) and my sparkling water 💦 ☀️

I ate 5 pieces of the sushi! Omg I was thinking about going back home and prepare something better but my friend just took me off the office for this sushi! Actually it was really nice !! Haha 🍣 but all these sauces on are killing me

Yummy !! :) I prepared some Toffu strips, cooked with one table spoon of coconut oil , a pinch of salt🧂 , cherry tomatoes 🍅, boiled zucchini/ mushrooms 🍄 and the best ! Green beans 💕 and the last 2 rice chia cookies 🍪
