Hooray, I never though I would get off 179. I have been on that weight for weeks. I am so happy. I started with my oatmeal, apple and milk for breakfast. I took the time and made my lunch and now it makes me stick to it. I love the fact I have someone with me that needs to lose. My husband is much smaller than me and I don't get much motivation from him because he doesn't have my struggle but I do appreciate his support. My goal is to lose 3 more pounds by next week. I know I can do it because my Father told me so.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Today was a good day thus far. I had my oatmeal, apple and fat free milk for breakfast. I ate an appple and yogurt for the next meal forgot the milk on that one. Lunch I ate the tofu and salad surprisingly that was pretty good. I am on my 3rd large cup of water. Tomorrow I need to remind myself to get bring some milk to work and then bring my tea bags. I think I am going to do better this week because I have Jorge doing it with me. God is making it even easier this week. So looking forward to San Diego next week. I hope I can maintain my diet there. At 3:30 I will have another salad and then I will have a fruit smoothie for dinner at the gym....Yummie
