a pepper that is only 8 cal. i broke my fast (by force, thanks mom!) and relapsed on purging. today has been such a fun day

i have a tour at the college i got accepted to on the 23rd. it was my first pick, so i'm pretty glad about getting in. i've maintained 137.1lb and i'm glad i didn't gain but i'm so scared in a sense, since it's a group tour and i'll be damned if i'm the fattest one there. so i've decided i'm going on a liquid fast until then, along with heavy exercise daily. i just can't let myself go out like this. so that's 11 days...longest i've gone was 17 days...i'll be fine...the key is to keep myself distracted and not think too much of it.

i didn't gain any weight from breaking my fast yesterday. so that's great. however i have maintained, which isn't heartbreaking as gaining, but it's still really annoying.

my mother forced me to break my fast 😞 because the meal prep i made had eggs in it, which she tells me will go bad by the time i plan to eat it, and will spoiled the other food in the bento box i have it in, and therefore it will all go to waste. i don't know if this is true, or if she's just saying this to scare me into eating as she knows i am more afraid of wasting food than eating too much of it. however, it is only 280 calories, a major calorie deficit. i guess i will just exercise for 3-4 hours after i eat it, to maybe cancel it out. she's also calling me disgusting for my bulimia, which i have not engaged in for weeks at this point. everything goes unrecognized.
