I haven't been on fatsecret that much lately, but I have been keeping up with eating right and getting to the gym. I felt so good this morning when I woke up. I haven't lost a huge amount of weigt yet, but today I can actually feel it, if you know what I mean. I don't feel bloated or gross. I have a sweatshirt that was tight on me, that now fit comfortably. I will keep this up, and I promise to come on this site more too!! :D I hope everyone has a nice weekend.

At the gym I've been going on the treadmill. I go about 30 mins at 3.5 and use the elevation as well. I go up and down between 0 and 3%. I really want to do more at the gym. I go with my aunt and she can only work out about 30 mins. She doesn't mind waiting, but I hate keeping her waiting :P So anyways what this all means is I have to go back to the gym later lol. Fine with me! Also I'm going to make a point of taking my dog for a walk in the evening. She could stand to drop a few pounds too :)

Yes! 12 lbs down :) for once I'm just excited that I lost that amount. I know I still have a lot to go but it doesn't phase me. All these days will add up eventually.

I'm feeling pretty good :) made it to the gym a bunch of times. I just need to get outside more and walk my dog. Also at the gym I'd like to start weight training. Mostly I just use the treadmill.
