Dear, FS members yang mungkin sudah lebih pengalaman, ini report daily intake slama 1 minggu ini yg full terecord..apakah ini cukup sehat dan efisien utk nurunin 12 kg perbulan? TDEE sbnernya 1700 an tp sy tulis RDI 1100 supaya deficit kalories.

PROVED! at least for myself... 2 hari cheating makan karbo pdhl biasanya high fat & med protein (keto). hari ini berasa capek banget...pdhal kemaren2 6 km masih semangat naikin pace... I thjnk I will return to my old choice while taking deficit calories.

akhir2 ini tiap pgi minum coffee dan jdi addict... masih dlm batas 1 cangkir sih...it is ok? oh yha...stock coffe udh mau abis...biasanya pake kopi yg ada aja tp pengen sesuatu yg beda, biasanya sih pake indocafe. ada rekomndasi lain? yg pasti lebih sehat.
