no weight change this morning so nothing to report....work is like all previous days, but I've had my venting over the situation and actually feel better. the girl scouts are out with the cookies, I can't let myself get guilted into buying as much as I love Carmel de lites

another wasted day, work won't give me an assignment, I can't transfer to another unit, can't do a lateral transfer out of my classification (no openings) ...no wonder I'm gaining again, stress and to much available for "comfort". maybe I should retire, I'm vested and this situation isn't doing me any good.
