latihan otot tangan 30 menit kuat, latihan otot perut 20 menit kuat, eehh latihan otot paha dan kaki baru 10 menit aja udah gak kuat. lemah banget ni kaki... ada yg sama g si? kalo latihan otot kaki pasti g kuat lama:((

ada gak si disini yg punya mata panda, padahal iy tidur udah cukup 8 jam sehari, g pernah begadang tapi masih aja ada mata manda. solusinya gimana si biar tu mata panda ilang😟😕, kelihatan nya jadi kaya lemes gitu ni wajah, pdhl y gak.
