I have actually lost my desired weight. Now I am doing two a days for mass building. I have gained about 7 pounds of muscle and continue to grow each day. My new goal is to reach 230 in muscle mass at about 13% body fat

The day is over and my diet has vastly improved. I love being able to see what I am eating and being able to tweak it every day. I dropped so many calories and I cut the carbs in half! I also learned, make sure to have a small snack before working out! It was quite difficult to finish my run tonight. I just felt dained of energy. As soon as I ate afterwards though I felt great. Lesson learned. I feel very good, but I had quite the battle with the oreos in my cabinet today. I didn't eat any, but they just kept taunting me. :) The iced tea I have been brewing has been reallygood as well. I like water, but it gets to plain sometimes and I need flavor. Tea seems to be perfect for that slight flavor. Goodnight all!

Today I started watching my calorie intake much more closely. After my snack at 2:30 i had consumed about 520 calories! That's awesome. I am a little hungry, but nothing to bad. I was surprised at the carb level in grapes. I lve grapes, but I have to get used to the portioning. I did a complete chest workout at lunch and then tonight I am going to go do cardio for about an hour. I feel good today, a little tired, but I also get up early and I am up to late. That will be my next gal. Increase my sleep time so I can recover better.

I have actually been working out pretty hard for about a month now. I am feeling great! I workout for an hour at lunch monday thru friday and then I workout each night at the gym by my house for about another hour and a half or so. I typically have taken wednesdays off, but I am going to change that since my yoga classes start then.
