2 more pounds!! YEAH! Doesn't seem like much when you have so much to lose, but any loss is good. I haven't followed the plan perfectly, but have been pretty good. I haven't eaten any junk food or fast food. When I have gone over my points it has been with protein rich low fat foods. I'm just focusing on one day at a time.

Today went well. I stayed under my allowed points and still stayed satisfied all day. The 0 point soup is a life saver. I ate a small bowl before lunch and dinner and was not tempted to overeat as usual. Hopefully it pays off.
